Operations Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by placing timely orders and ensuring stores are well-stocked.
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Track team hours and activities accurately and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.
  • Contribute to the company's mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in mathematics is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • At least 50 Mbps internet speed required.
  • Must have a designated home office space.
