We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Specialist to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations. This critical role will involve coordinating with manufacturers, overseeing logistics and fulfillment, tracking inventory movement, and forecasting needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production timelines and material flow with domestic and international manufacturers.
  • Oversight of inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies across systems.
  • Forecast inventory needs with Ops, CX, and Finance teams.
  • Lead process improvements in manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Background
  • 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in DTC or CPG environments; startup or high-growth preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and plays a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
