Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of shipments and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all shipments and communicate with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Proactively engage with customers throughout the lifecycle of a load, providing updates on shipment status and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize loads and meet operational targets.
  • Handle quote and book tasks as required by assigned customers and assist with scheduling/rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Perform scorecard audits to ensure alignment with external and internal metrics.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team to enhance core technology and meet customer needs.
  • Process accessorials efficiently and troubleshoot RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing purposes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally. A minimum of 9 months of work experience in a US logistics brokerage with shippers is required. Experience with scheduling tasks and quote/book tasks is advantageous but not essential.
