Job Summary:

The Employee Engagement Specialist designs and executes initiatives to foster a positive company culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a calendar of engagement events, including team-building activities and company-wide celebrations.

  • Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that inform and engage employees.

  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.

  • Manage logistics for all engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in the BPO industry.

  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

  • Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software is an advantage.
