Disaster Relief Call Center Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disaster Relief Call Center Specialist to provide exceptional customer service during times of crisis.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and effective communication to handle complex customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to disaster relief efforts in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze common requests and develop solutions to improve the customer experience
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems to escalate customer dissatisfaction to the appropriate channels

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
  • Able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Customer service oriented with empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious approach
  • Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
