Trainovate Inc. is a leading provider of corporate training programs in compliance, safety, and professional development. We are looking for qualified and experienced instructors to join our training team and deliver impactful sessions to professionals across various industries.

We are seeking a qualified Emergency Response Team (ERT) Development Training Instructor to design and deliver high-impact training programs that prepare participants for effective emergency response in the workplace. The role involves conducting interactive training sessions, practical drills, and evaluations to ensure participants are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Emergency Response Team Development trainings aligned with company and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate drills and simulations (e.g., fire, earthquake, medical emergencies).
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, safety standards, and DOLE guidelines.
  • Assess participant performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Fire Safety, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Emergency Response, Fire Safety, Basic Life Support (BLS), or First Aid (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivering ERT or safety-related training.
  • Strong knowledge of RA 11058, DOLE guidelines, and emergency preparedness standards.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct practical drills and simulations.

Preferred but not required:

  • BOSH or COSH accreditation from DOLE.
  • Experience in corporate or industrial training environments.
