About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our remote support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers through various communication channels.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hold at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is an asset.
  • Showcase problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
