Lead Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards, as well as experience in defense or military infrastructure projects. They will also be skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client's standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
