About Our Senior Software Development Engineer - Test

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer - Test to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving quality at every stage of the SDLC.

Job Overview

Our Senior Software Development Engineer - Test will define quality as meeting or exceeding customer expectations. They will rely on their expertise to drive quality through requirements definition, dependency analysis, creation of tests, and release.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate reports of test results and errors detected.
  • Define priorities and plan tests of system requirements.
  • Document the functionalities of systems in both quality control processes and software development cycles.
  • Communicate issues with appropriate urgency.
  • Write automated test scripts that enable speed of testing and software delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in testing, building, or supporting web applications.
  • Experience testing APIs and client applications.
  • Experience with using ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
