Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and centre-wide performance.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to serve as a change champion and encourage team members to find innovative ways of meeting business demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with or understanding of sales system, CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
