Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and real-time management of staff to ensure efficient operations and meet business demands.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • They will be responsible for reviewing and amending forecasts, schedules, and reports for accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive workforce management strategy.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to optimize staffing levels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
  • Experience with multi-site workforce planning preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written, verbal, and email skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work in shift schedules and weekends.
