Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic partner to drive organizational success through insightful and impactful human resources initiatives.

  • Strategic Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Align HR strategies with business objectives by collaborating with senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives drive organizational success.
  2. Identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and oversee the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  3. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  4. Provide guidance on workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  5. Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and provide recommendations for career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  6. Advise and coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights, monitor trends, and inform decision-making.
