We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our communications and knowledge strategy for a prominent client. This full-time role is based in Asia and requires strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a deep understanding of institutional communications.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in communications, media, marketing, or content management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs for high-profile clients. They will also be confident working independently and across remote teams, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for project management.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of a 12-month strategic communications plan, acting as the main liaison point between the client's internal teams and our editorial, design, and digital teams, drafting and editing marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy, coordinating with the client's internal communications team to raise awareness of ongoing projects, and regularly reviewing and updating client website content.

Campaigns and events support includes supporting the marketing strategy, content planning, and execution of up to 20 client events annually, working with internal stakeholders and the client to define event objectives, speakers, audiences, and messaging, partnering with in-house and freelance designers to develop branded content and assets pre-and post-event, managing a repository of multimedia content to support ongoing client communications and campaigns, collaborating with our CMS and design teams to ensure timely publishing of content and quality assurance of visual materials, maintaining editorial calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards across client deliverables, serving as the primary point of contact for client-side communications leads and programme managers, coordinating delivery schedules and production timelines with our in-house content, design, events, and web teams, and providing weekly updates, reports, and briefings to the agency's account and editorial leadership.
