About this role

Lead a diverse team of project managers, planners, and engineers to deliver substantial volumes of rollout and ongoing programs/projects. The position involves end-to-end project management to ensure smooth site delivery, planning, coordination, and assurance of Colocation deployment to maximize tenancy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance telecom infrastructure related Project Management methodology and tools for different projects.
  • Monitor and report on all ongoing projects to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective issue escalation and resolution towards achieving project objectives.
  • Identify, assess, coordinate, and manage project risk and issues.
  • Establish relationships with CXO Level and client key decision-makers to achieve project goals and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate among cross-functional project teams to assure project delivery.

This is one of the critical functions for the organization to ensure delivery management for substantial volume of rollout and other ongoing programs/projects.

A. Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Telecom related field.
  • Certification in PMP or Prince2 would be an added advantage.

B. Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge in conflict management and work prioritization.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to specify solutions in detail.
  • Capabilities of performing difficult tasks in stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
  • Sound presentation skills to project stakeholders i.e. leadership team.

C. Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in managing complex, multi-stakeholders, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • At least 3 years of telecommunication project management experience for new site rollout.
