Job Summary:

The Project Engineer's role under PM Facilities involves managing assigned projects such as FOC Rollout and other OSP-related projects, new node establishment, existing node improvements (including power upgrades, IoT establishment, QA findings rectification), special projects, and node migration activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:


• Perform end-to-end management projects.

• Collaborate closely with different Radius teams, contractors/vendors, local government units, building/park administrators, telco partners, Meralco, and other entities to ensure smooth project coordination.

• Address urgent matters and make necessary decisions related to PM Facilities, resolving any issues or concerns that may cause project delays to ensure timely project completion.


• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

• Regularly prepare and update reports based on weekly milestones.

• Be adaptable and capable of handling assigned special projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics/Electronics Communication), preferably licensed.

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the telecom industry.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
