Telecom Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom installation and maintenance, with a focus on copper and fiber networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain telecom equipment, including routers, switches, and servers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including patch panels and distribution frames.
  • Perform cable management and terminations for copper and fiber cables.
  • Identify and repair faults in telecom networks, including cable damage and device malfunction.
  • Develop and implement network upgrades and expansions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless network operations and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in telecom installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of copper and fiber network protocols and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
