Lexagle is seeking a proactive marketing strategist to help develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, generate leads, and build brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be personable, relentless, results-driven and a team player.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends and buying behaviour to inform multi-channel campaigns.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces and other collaterals.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and automate workflows to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain relationships and ensure seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Track campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing for the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills for B2B audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A client-oriented mindset and consultative approach to build productive relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Fluency in Business English.
