Junior Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team in managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.

  • Supporting senior managers in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations
  • Assisting in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Helping coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Conducting and documenting market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Assisting in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the company
  • Supporting in managing clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  • Ensuring compliance with clients' standards, practices, and brand guidelines
  • Tracking progress of campaigns and projects, and flagging potential issues to the manager
  • Maintaining organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events

Requirements include:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • 'Can-do' attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative
  • Team player, adaptable, and able to take direction well
