The Project Coordination and Account Servicing Intern will assist the Accounts Team in managing, organizing, and producing projects, specifically through the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Account Servicing

Assist the Accounts Team in arranging, scheduling, and attending alignment and project briefings with proponents.

Coordinate creative concepts, layouts, and design requirements with artists.

Initiate checking and proofreading of videos and design materials.

Project Coordination & Monitoring

Provide partners and clients with updates on project developments.

Send call reports or meeting minutes as necessary.

Recommend project timelines, schedule events, and oversee project preparations to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Secure office building permits, security clearances, and parking reservations for events.

Disseminate shoot/project organizer and production checklists for seamless project execution.

Creative Direction

Assist in conceptualization and contribute creative and artistic suggestions for design and production requirements.

Actively participate in brainstorming, ideation, and alignment sessions with artists and proponents.
