About the Role
  • Support senior account managers in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations
  • Prepare reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for both clients and the company
  • Manage clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  • Ensure compliance with clients' standards, practices, and brand guidelines
  • Track progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to senior account managers
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach, willingness to take initiative, and team player mentality
  • Adaptable, able to take direction well, and open to growth opportunities
