Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing tactical support to Global Supplier Profile Management process and Corporate Supply Chain projects, applications, and management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering and certification in Microsoft Power Platform as an added advantage. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of experience in supply chain business systems analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, with exposure to Oracle/SAP desired.
  2. Self-motivated and directed, with strong customer-focused behavior.
  3. Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team to deliver common goals.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Result-oriented, hard-working, and focused on defined metrics.
  6. Demonstrated ability to perform in roles of a change agent and ability to influence and motivate teams.
