Job Title: Data Entry Billing Clerk

This role involves reviewing and processing financial documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process financial documents with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate with office staff to complete tasks efficiently and maintain organized records.
  • Pay subcontractors accurately and on time.
  • Verify invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment.
  • Enter invoices daily with the required approvals.
  • Process purchase order invoices and resolve issues between internal and external customers.
  • Provide document preparation and record management services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills and proficiency in E360 platform.
  • A high-quality work completion record.
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong computer and business software skills.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Able to perform accurate computations and verification of data.
  • Able to prepare basic reports and use related software applications.
