Senior Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this Senior Operations Coordinator role will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations and management activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives
  • Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management
  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willing to work remotely and US hours Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Finance background is a plus
