Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized operations specialist to join our daily operations team. As an operations specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring our operations in real-time and ensuring all shifts posted on our platform are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operations, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems that arise.
  • Closely coordinate with Territory Operations Managers to understand customer needs and shape daily operations accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive experience for workers on our platform.
  • Provide excellent support to workers before, during, and after their shifts.
  • Resolve support issues for workers in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with workers to deliver the required number of workers for clients.
  • Ensure accurate clock-in and clock-out times for workers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks while delivering against deadlines.
  • An ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong empathy for workers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
