Job Description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in providing exceptional service to business customers worldwide. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity with multiple shift options available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superior service by troubleshooting and configuring basic LAN setups (routers, firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.

In addition, they will support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services, collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with SDWAN (preferably Cato), Internet, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
  • Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, with expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred).
  • CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper).
  • Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred).
  • Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP.
  • Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes.
