Senior Network Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining wired and wireless network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute wired and wireless network solutions, including assessment and improvement of current network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions meet design, statement of work, and scheduling milestones.
  • Configure, test, and execute network cutover to guarantee delivered solutions meet scalability, security, redundancy, and dependability standards.
  • Assist in WAN Services configuration, testing, and cutover as needed.
  • Address project-related incidents according to ticket SLA and follow incident management protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role with an IT&T System Integrator or Professional Consulting Services organization.
  • At least 5+ years in a network engineering role.
  • Current certifications in Fortinet Firewall/SD-WAN (FCSS), FCP (Switching and Wireless), and/or Aruba Switching/Wireless Stack (ACSA, ACMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience across a range of networking technologies.
  • Industry experience working within the ITIL framework.
