- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus).
- Multitasking abilities and effective time management will be essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices is desired.
