Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via chat, email, or phone.

About the Role
  • This is a remote opportunity where you can work from anywhere you're comfortable
  • You will be working independently but as part of a collaborative team to ensure seamless customer experiences

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
