Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our Retail Support Team in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to retail customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about retail and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers through voice, email, or chat channels by addressing questions, resolving product or service concerns, and guiding them through various processes. You will document customer interactions accurately using internal tools and provide feedback to improve overall service efficiency. Staying updated with the latest product information and retail policies is essential. You'll also be expected to collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and meet performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • No Call Center Experience Required – Open to fresh graduates and career shifters

  • English Proficiency: CEFR Level C1 with good to excellent communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes

  • Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Manila
