Job Summary

The PUSH Agency is a leading event staffing agency, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing. As a Booking Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing our cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with assigned clients to select the best staff for each assignment, including tradeshows, conventions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit, enroll, and train promotional staff over the phone and via email.
  • Manage bookings and assignments nationwide, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate, record, and process promotional staff performance after each assignment.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and talent, fostering a positive and professional image of the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred
  • 1-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent Google software
  • Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
  • Reliable, determined, and self-motivated
  • Open availability required, standard office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time, with occasional follow-up outside office hours
