As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent from various industries. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities. They must also possess the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
