We are looking for a skilled Corporate Sales Professional to join our team at Estacio Uno Hotel Corporation. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, research, and industry networking to expand our hotel's client base and revenue streams.
  2. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing client needs effectively.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, including identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored sales approaches.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both the client's needs and our hotel's revenue objectives, and finalize bookings in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the events team and clients to plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conferences held at our hotel, ensuring seamless execution, exceptional service, and guest satisfaction.
  6. Sales Enablement: Assist in the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts and enhance our hotel's visibility and brand awareness in the market.
  7. Client Retention: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships with clients.
