About the Role

This is a full-time position as an Agri Sales & Technical Specialist with Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp., based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support for the company's agricultural products and services across the Philippines.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the agricultural sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture industry.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on the use and application of the company's products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase the company's offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field – TESDA-certified agri courses are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Engagement, or Agri-Technical Support – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information and build relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Philippines to visit customers.
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino languages.
