We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will provide top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient and accurate transaction processing.
This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development in the field of finance and customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide competent, timely, and error-free over-the-counter services to customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory rules.
- Perform tellering, new accounts related functions, and other over-the-counter functions as required by the Branch Operations Manual and bank policies.
- Support business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives of the branch.
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in a business or service industry-oriented field.
- Ideal candidate has one year of experience in branch operations-related work, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Flexible and willing to render overtime as needed.
- Willing to be rotated and/or cross-posted to other branches as per the bank's control and service requirements.
