Senior Technical Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing project implementation and daily operations support of our global enterprise server deployment.

The successful candidate will work as part of our operations team, providing 24x7 server and storage operations support. They will perform daily monitoring, analysis, and administration of technology operations and administer integrated technology environments including Windows server, SAN storage, VMware, MS-SQL, Microsoft AD, and Exchange.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in high-availability productions and disaster recovery architectures, as well as support experience with Windows servers, AD, Exchange, VMWare, SAN Storage, and MS-SQL technologies.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong technical skills and the ability to work under pressure. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in Enterprise server environment with 2 years of system integration exposure. A diploma or relevant professional qualifications, and MCSA/MCSE certifications are preferred.
