Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies, ensuring healthy profit margins while maintaining competitiveness.

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize financial performance, cost structures, and promotional budgets to drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in category management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of FDA regulations and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and optimizing product assortment planning to ensure a strong mix of hero SKUs and new product introductions.
  2. Monitoring sell-through rates, stock levels, and Days of Inventory (DOI) to maintain a healthy balance.
  3. Developing demand forecasting strategies to minimize overstock and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce, Retail, or Category Management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
