Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Transfer Pricing Specialist. As a key member of our Global Business Reorganization, International Tax & Transfer Pricing Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in adapting our legal and functional organization to meet business needs, regulatory changes, and technological advances.

Your primary responsibility will be to update and ensure the timely delivery and availability of various transfer pricing reports and reporting/computation tools to set arm's length transfer prices across a range of intercompany flows.

You will work closely with the Head of the Business Unit, collaborate with colleagues across the Global Finance business unit to gather relevant data, and interact with stakeholders from various business units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating all types of transfer pricing reports (e.g., Group Transfer Pricing Masterfile, reports for cost re-allocation, Entity Files, Local Files).
  • Update transfer pricing calculators based on source data provided by controlling and accounting teams.
  • Prepare intermediary files for local transfer pricing documentation, collaborating with or outsourcing to local tax advisors as necessary.
  • Review benchmarks for various transactions such as subscriptions, support services, and loans.
  • Perform checks on the intercompany contract database to ensure accuracy and completeness, considering evolving transaction landscapes.
  • Familiarize yourself with intercompany contracts to participate in updates and amendments.
  • Research and update industry and market analyses in collaboration with the Business Analytics and Support department.
  • Contribute to process optimization and digitalization projects related to transfer pricing.
  • Handle secretary tasks such as scheduling calls and drafting minutes.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to International Tax and Business Reorganization.

The initial tasks will comprise approximately 80% implementation and 20% coordination and data gathering.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Transfer Pricing, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong numerical affinity and understanding of financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Humble, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
