Customer Resolution Specialist
The position involves resolving outstanding balances for customers while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach. Key responsibilities include contacting customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email, negotiating payment arrangements and settlements, updating account information and payment statuses, following up on broken promises and missed payments, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, maintaining detailed records of all collection activities, and meeting or exceeding daily and monthly collection targets.
Preferred candidates possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, familiarity with debt collection laws and practices, and previous experience in collections or customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Conditions of Employment
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Must also be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results and drug screening results.
