Job Overview

As a Collections Specialist, you play a critical role in resolving overdue accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in collections, preferably in a contact center environment. A sales background is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers.
  • Negotiate the collection of outstanding accounts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all collection matters and resolve overdue accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and clearly answer questions and provide accurate information.
