As a Test Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team working closely with electro-mechanical assemblers and test technicians to implement assembly and FCT processes, resolve issues, and contribute to product quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage test equipment programs, ensuring validation, verification, upgrade, and repair are conducted efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization to enhance process and quality improvements.
  • Utilize digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to investigate system failures and debug issues.
  • Develop containment and corrective actions to address product quality improvements.
  • Assist critical projects that sustain operations and may involve new product transfers.
  • Participate in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) initiatives and provide remote assistance to other OPS sites/regions.
  • Contribute to asset utilization, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and improve the failure investigation process.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
  • High reasoning skills and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in software and hardware troubleshooting skills, including C++ and Visual Basic.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
