  3. Document and manage support requests through the FreshService ITSM/ticketing platform.
  4. Maintain clear and effective communication with users to facilitate prompt and efficient resolutions.
  5. Provide level one triage for VDI users
  6. Escalate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.
  7. Adhere to company policies concerning security and confidentiality.
