We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Management: Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Bank Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
- Tax Compliance: Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax requirements
- Accounting Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
- Payroll Processing: Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Communication: Strong communication skills
