We are seeking a results-driven outreach professional to connect with decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, sending personalized messages via various platforms to generate interest and qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • They will schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our CRM system.
  • Accuracy is crucial, so we need someone who can maintain accurate call records, track metrics and meet weekly appointment goals.
  • The ideal candidate will follow scripts while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust with potential clients.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales or lead generation.
  • Proven success in cold calling and DM-based outreach, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience with tools such as Kixie, GoHighLevel and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized and target-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical sector would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations would also be advantageous.
