Property Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of our properties. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition
  • Lease management and compliance, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
  • Financial management, including rent collection and accounts payable/receivable, as well as invoicing and follow-up on payments
  • Marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants and promote available properties
  • Compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, adhering to all relevant guidelines and standards
  • Data entry and management for property transactions, including entering bills for payment and processing payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to secure competitive pricing
