We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage the financial transactions of our property portfolio with precision and accuracy.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping tasks for various properties using AppFolio, preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements, processing accounts payable/receivable, and handling tenant billing. They will also maintain accurate records of tenant and owner accounts, provide support for budget preparation and forecasting efforts, and stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations.
