Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Presence Specialist to drive engagement and deliver results. As the face of our digital presence, you will create compelling content, manage paid campaigns, and translate social metrics into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content Creation - Plan, write, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Campaign Management - Run effective ads on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Community Engagement - Respond to all comments and DMs, identify warm leads, and foster a positive online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, click-through rate, return on ad spend, and sales qualified leads.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency social media management.
  • Excellent US English copywriting skills, including hooks, CTAs, and captions.
  • Experience with at least 2 ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Proficiency with Reels/TikTok editing tools like CapCut, Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, and Canva.
  • Comfortable working with analytics (Google Analytics 4, platform insights, Sprout/Hootsuite).
