Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience in digital marketing, with advanced skills in WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Core, Engage, and Align websites using WordPress, optimizing digital presence using SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, display networks, and other relevant platforms to support both recruitment and brand awareness goals.

The role also involves creating or adapting campaign graphics using Canva, ensuring assets are brand-aligned and visually effective, and owning and maintaining marketing automation tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Definitive Healthcare.

Additionally, the successful candidate will segment and manage audiences for personalized outreach campaigns.

Requirements:
