Job Title: Digital Presence Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and enhance our online presence. This role combines technical expertise with creative vision, focusing on website management, performance, and user experience.

  • Manage and maintain our websites, ensuring functionality, security, and optimal performance.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Coordinate timely posting of content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web content with campaigns and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure websites meet accessibility standards, conducting audits and implementing improvements.
  • Provide regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and support web-related projects including design updates, new page creation, and UX enhancements.
  • Establish and enforce processes for managing outdated content, ensuring consistency and quality across all web assets.
  • Manage and maintain integrations with third-party tools.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO tools, web analytics, and hosting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
