Marketing Automation Specialist

A growth-driven company is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Automation Specialist to lead lifecycle marketing programs and manage campaign execution.

This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in email marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms. As the main point of contact, you'll oversee campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Prepare detailed reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus but not required)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
