Role Overview

GrowthAssistant seeks an Email Lifecycle Marketing Professional to oversee and optimize lifecycle marketing programs, working closely with creative and operational teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Build, test, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Lifecycle Program Optimization: Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Email Experimentation: Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Team Alignment: Manage communication and alignment across teams (creative studios and operational partners)
  • Creative Review: Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Program Performance Tracking: Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations
  • Email Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics
Requirements:
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus but not required)
  • Marketing Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and analytics platforms
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
